Sea Pearl Residences – Opening in December 2026
The Sea Pearl Resort is our new naturist gem, currently in the final stages of construction and scheduled to open in December 2026.
A true naturist haven nestled on the hillside of Baie Orientale Park, this exceptional property boasts a 180° panoramic view of the islands of Tintamarre and Pinel, offering a unique spectacle from sunrise to sunset.
The residence offers 4 charming accommodations, each with its own private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a private toilet. Three of them also feature a private outdoor area.
Residents enjoy exceptional common areas, including a spacious panoramic terrace, an infinity pool overlooking the sea, and a mirror-finish hot tub that blends seamlessly into its surroundings.
The Sea Pearl Residence can be booked:
- By an independent studio, fully equipped and combining privacy, comfort, and high-end amenities.
- Fully privatized, accommodating up to 8 people in an exclusive and intimate setting.

STUDIO KISS VIEW
Let yourself be charmed by the warm and intimate atmosphere of this studio in 39.45 m². Its fully equipped kitchen, crafted from carefully selected, high-quality materials, blends seamlessly into a refined living space where every detail has been thoughtfully designed.
The studio also has a spacious walk-in closet and plenty of storage space, providing optimal comfort even for extended stays.
On the outside, his fully furnished private balcony is a true cocoon, sheltered from prying eyes.

STUDIO KING VIEW
A genuine apartment in 100 m² spread over two levels, this duplex is the most spacious in the residence. Designed as a cozy villa, it offers generous living spaces, a refined atmosphere, and all the comforts needed for an exceptional stay.
On the main level, a spacious, state-of-the-art open kitchen, fully equipped, blends seamlessly into a large, bright living room, creating a welcoming living space that opens onto the sea. The large floor-to-ceiling windows naturally extend the interior onto the furnished terraces, which feature a barbecue, an outdoor seating area, and spaces dedicated to relaxation—all overlooking an exceptional panoramic view.
Upstairs, discover a stunning master suite Offering tranquility, privacy, and a private terrace with breathtaking views of Orientale Bay, Pinel Island, and Tintamarre. Every morning is a spectacle, with the azure sky and turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

SEA VIEW STUDIO
Treat yourself to an exceptional getaway in this studio apartment of approximately 30 m², where every detail has been carefully designed to combine comfort, elegance, and functionality. Its smart layout features a fully equipped kitchen and a thoughtfully designed bathroom, perfectly optimizing the space while maintaining a sense of openness.
Large openings highlight a spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the Eastern Bay, which serves as the studio’s central theme. Outside, enjoy direct access to the terrace, the pool, and the hot tub, and fully experience the Caribbean way of life in an intimate and refined setting.

You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the Adam & Eve Residence and all of its amenities (self-service bar, social gathering areas, and theme nights), located just a two-minute walk away, thanks to a dedicated access badge.
Access to the Residence's Facilities
You are permitted to use the facilities at the Adam & Eve Residence, subject to their availability.
Residents of the Adam & Eve Residence have priority in using these areas. Since the number of lounge chairs is limited, we ask that you respect this priority and be courteous to others.
For your comfort
- Room cleaning is included every other day when the property is rented out exclusively (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- Daily housekeeping for individually rented rooms (excluding Sundays and holidays).
- We’ll change the linens according to your preferences, using environmentally friendly practices.
- Laundry facilities are available.
- Essential items provided (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and household cleaning products).
- Self-service bar with self-service billing at the Adam & Eve Residence.
Normal use of dishes, linens, and equipment is included in the price of your stay.
However, in the event of a spill requiring special cleanup, or an unusually large amount of dishes to be washed, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the costs incurred.
Similarly, you may be charged for any damage, wear and tear, or loss of linens (sheets, towels, etc.) or equipment provided to you.
An inventory and property inspection are routinely conducted at the time of each checkout. If necessary, the corresponding charges will be applied on a justified basis.
Safety
The villa is equipped with roller shutters and burglar-proof floor-to-ceiling windows on all openings to ensure your peace of mind.
